The Barista/Apps position at Din Tai Fung is a vital back-of-house role that involves multi-station responsibility, including beverage preparation at the Boba station, plating appetizers at the side station, and carefully packaging takeout orders at the Packing Station. This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong sense of teamwork to maintain the smooth operation of all three stations. Attention to detail and adherence to established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are key to delivering the high-quality experience Din Tai Fung is known for.

As a Barista/Apps team member, you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels across all your stations. This includes taking inventory and restocking supplies to ensure seamless service flow throughout operating hours. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, often standing for extended periods, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
