Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Frequent bending reaching twisting and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift carry and move items weighing up to 25-30 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate espresso machines grinders and other equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Tolerance for exposure to heat steam noise and food aromas
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Capability to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- A passion for coffee and tea along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages
- Excellent customer service skills including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Greet and engage with guests take orders and provide recommendations while delivering friendly and attentive customer service
- Operate and maintain coffee machines grinders and other equipment to ensure they are clean well-maintained and functioning correctly
- Manage and restock coffee beans syrups milk and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently including providing change and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area including regular cleaning of counters machines and utensils
