The company is currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and energetic individuals to join their team as a Barista. This non-exempt position reports directly to the Café Manager and offers either part-time or full-time employment, with wages competitive and commensurate with experience and location. Maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to company policies is fundamental to this role, contributing to a safe and friendly environment for all. Baristas are also required to follow cash handling and register protocols to support store profitability. The position includes working at various stations within the café to ensure smooth operations and participating in the training and development of new employees to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
