As a fast-paced and socially engaging workplace, Aramark is currently hiring full-time Baristas to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about crafting specialty beverages and providing memorable experiences to each customer. Baristas at Aramark prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks and teas, assist with food preparation, manage orders and payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision while following established dress codes and protocols. Baristas must be capable of performing tasks such as operating cash registers, managing cash and credit card transactions, balancing cash drawers, and adhering to company cash handling policies. Additionally, baristas are responsible for stocking and organizing beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, condiments, and service ware, along with setting up and breaking down the coffee bar and workstations.

Applicants should be prepared for the physical demands of this job, which may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. The role may also require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms. Candidates are encouraged to hold or obtain Food Handling Certification as required, and have basic math skills and the ability to follow recipes and safety procedures. Experience in customer service, cash handling, and previous barista work is preferred but not mandatory, offering individuals the chance to grow and gain new expertise within a supportive team environment at Aramark.
