Job Qualifications

Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with customers for up to five minutes while taking orders or delivering drinks
proficiency working carefully and quickly with espresso, hot water, coffee, dairy products, and flavored syrups
capability to work outdoors in service lanes for prolonged periods regardless of weather
able to lift up to 50 lbs
able to stand comfortably for hours
ability to climb and use a stepladder as needed
ability to perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to stock product and prepare service areas
ability to safely walk between and around cars in the drive-thru lane while delivering drinks
safe use of a utility knife

willingness to work a minimum of three shifts per week

Job Duties

Converse directly with customers to confirm and personalize their drink orders and correctly key those orders into the point-of-sale system
collect payments from customers, provide receipts, and correctly count back any change
prepare all drinks and premixes to order, ensuring quality and consistency
move with urgency and responsiveness to provide prompt service
stay productive and proactive throughout shifts, supporting guest service even during slower periods
make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
know the full menu and drink offerings to guide customers and offer recommendations
bring best self to work and dress appropriately for the service position
execute shift-change duties, checklists, and weekly tasks as needed
