We are seeking full-time Baristas to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting, fast-paced, and social experience that encourages growth and development. As a Barista at Aramark, you will prepare specialty drinks in accordance with brand standards, assist with food preparation, and receive orders and payments through cash register or POS systems. Your responsibility is to provide customers with memorable and positive experiences by delivering high-quality beverages and excellent customer service. The position requires keen attention to cash handling policies, balancing cash drawers, and accurately operating registers, demonstrating strong numeracy and counting skills. Baristas must be able to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining professional standards and following dress codes. This role might include physical requirements such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing, which are critical to performing day-to-day duties.
