Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a barista or similar role
Full availability for shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to operate computerized ordering systems
Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

Greet, prepare, service, and take guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
Upsell additional items to enhance profitability
Enter orders into a computerized system and settle check(s) upon completion of order
Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
