Job Duties
- create a warm and inviting environment for customers, answering questions about our variety of products
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items to assist customers effectively and recommend products as needed
- work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience
- prepare beverages according to company standards and customers' specific requests using the appropriate equipment
- engage customers by offering product samples and informing them of any special promotions
- ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, providing customers with the freshest products
- use various equipment including refrigerators and espresso machines while following company guidelines for safety and maintenance
