Job Duties

  • maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items to assist customers effectively and recommend products as needed

  • prepare beverages according to company standards and customers' specific requests using the appropriate equipment
  • engage customers by offering product samples and informing them of any special promotions
  • ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently providing customers with the freshest products
  • use various equipment including refrigerators and espresso machines while following company guidelines for safety and maintenance
