Job Requirements

open availability, flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
food handler's certification
2 year customer service experience
1 year barista experience
able to handle intense and difficult situations
ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, team members and supervisors

Job Duties

crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers
working register and greeting customers
following verbal and written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency
complying consistently with standard portion sizes
maintaining a clean and organized work station
restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items
prepping ingredients as needed
assisting other team members as needed
opening and closing duties including: cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash
adhere to food and safety guidelines
