Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Prior food retail experience required
- Able to pull espresso shots consistently
- Able to prepare full espresso menu drinks
- Able to adhere to company’s espresso policies
- Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management detail oriented and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug test

- Demonstrate ability to run a high end coffee shop
