Located in Appleton, Wisconsin, the Dining Supervisor role within American Dining Creations is a critical leadership position focused on ensuring an outstanding dining experience for every guest. This position requires a balance of hands-on culinary skills, operational management, and team leadership. The Dining Supervisor is responsible for leading and coaching support staff to uphold consistent service excellence and operational standards. Managing the day-to-day operations across multiple food stations, such as deli, pizza, and grill, the supervisor ensures quality, efficiency, and attractive food presentation.
The role demands a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. The Dining Supervisor not only oversees operations but also actively participates in food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces. Additional responsibilities include managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions, cash drawers, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining café cleanliness and compliance with company safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols is paramount to the role.
Serving as a welcoming, guest-facing representative, the Dining Supervisor engages daily with customers to provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service. Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of culinary experience or experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food service or hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including varying shifts as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of culinary experience or experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food service or hospitality

Job Duties
