The Barista Supervisor role with Sodexo, located within the Christiana Health Care System, is a full-time position offering an hourly pay rate between $21 and $26. This role involves morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with varying days and rotating weekends, details of which will be shared during the interview process. As a Barista Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of service employees in various food operation settings such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The position demands a strong multitasker who can maintain high-quality service standards and improve the quality of life for customers and staff alike.

Your responsibilities include supporting management by providing daily oversight of key functions and employees, ensuring a safe work environment, facilitating employee orientation and training, and working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction regarding quality, service, and problem resolution. You will be expected to attend work regularly and punctually and may be asked to perform additional duties depending on business needs and client requirements.
