Currently, Sodexo is looking for a dedicated Barista Supervisor to join their team at the Christiana Health Care System. This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage between $21 and $26, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys both leadership and direct customer interaction. As a Barista Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of various food service venues including fast casual dining, coffee and counter services, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will provide essential support to management by coordinating work activities, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a positive and safe workplace.

The Barista Supervisor at Sodexo acts as a key multitasker who improves quality of life for customers and staff alike. You will be responsible for supervising service employees, facilitating orientation and training programs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
