NEXDINE Hospitality is currently seeking a full-time Barista for their location in New Haven, CT. The Barista position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $28, paid weekly via direct deposit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have previous experience in barista or food service roles, and enjoy engaging with customers in a dynamic environment. The Barista will be responsible for managing the check-out process, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently, and preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso drinks and teas. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kiosk area, replenishing snacks and coolers, and working collaboratively with the Chef Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
