The Barista Supervisor role at Sodexo offers a unique opportunity to be part of this impactful organization. As a Barista Supervisor within the Christiana Health Care System location, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing food service operations primarily related to coffee and counter service areas. This position makes you a vital part of enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations.
In this role, you will function as a master multitasker and quality-of-life improver by providing on-site support and oversight, coordinating routine work activities of service employees in food operations including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your leadership will help ensure that all employees are effectively trained, safe, and capable of delivering excellent service. Beyond overseeing daily key functions and staff performance, you will also assist with orientation and training processes, advocate for safety, and engage directly with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
