Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or move 20 pounds occasionally
- Manual dexterity for operating computer and office equipment
- Good auditory and visual acuity
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Must comply with Washington State health and liquor laws
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mature judgment and excellent time management
- Proficiency with computer applications including POS systems
- Specialized training or certification in food service sanitation and proper service etiquette recommended
- Must have Washington MAST Card
- Must have Washington Food Handler Card
Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily duties pertaining to Brew62 and all cafe storage areas
- Perform all equipment functions related to Brew62 as needed
- Accurately enter data into POS systems and maintain inventory
- Adhere to all uniform, safety, sanitation, food preparation, food storage, and alcohol beverage control policies in compliance with Washington State regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
- Act as a representative of Crystal Mountain with vendors, guests, and community members
- Resolve guest concerns or issues, including complex and sensitive situations
- Abide by all Crystal Mountain employment guidelines
