Job Requirements

- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- engage in clear and pleasant communication with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- available to perform diverse tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- ability to build relationships and work cooperatively in a team environment
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to different roles within the store
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
