Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs with clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages
- Work in an energetic store environment mastering food and beverage preparation
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to understand their needs
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
