Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
- Able to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized specifications
- Capable of handling multiple tasks within a shift

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and partners
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standards
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- Perform multiple tasks throughout the shift as needed
