Starbucks offers a comprehensive benefits package for partners and their families, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and disability coverage. They also provide paid parental leave, vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match. Partners can participate in the company’s stock programs, enjoy tuition coverage for online university degrees, and access various financial well-being and backup care resources. Starbucks maintains a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities and accommodations for employees with disabilities.
