Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, quality beverage and food product preparation, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation

- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes and customer customizations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages while adhering to food safety and store policies
- Perform various store tasks during shifts including cleaning, stocking, and organizing
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to support store operations
