Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Availability for flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodation
- Capability to engage with customers and understand their needs through communication
- Ability to prepare food and beverages per standard and customized recipes
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
