Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage and respond to customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including temperature and ingredient adjustments
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships
