Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to their needs through pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including modifications
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Engage with customers by discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provide quality beverages and food products adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash accurately following store safety and security protocols
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to build relationships and foster a positive environment
