Partners must be able to multitask and perform various duties throughout their shifts, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Starbucks invests heavily in the development and well-being of its partners. Employees have access to industry-leading benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance options, disability leave, paid parental leave, vacation, sick time, and holiday pay. The company offers a robust 401(k) plan with employer matching, stock purchase programs, emergency savings incentives, and financial wellness tools. Educational opportunities are also a vital part of the benefits, offering full tuition coverage for a bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program and additional student loan resources. Starbucks truly supports its employees both personally and professionally, fostering an inclusive workplace where all partners are valued and respected.
As an equal opportunity employer, Starbucks welcomes applications from individuals of all backgrounds and strives to accommodate employees with disabilities throughout the hiring process. The company’s culture promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all partners have the support they need to succeed. Joining Starbucks as a partner means becoming a part of a global community dedicated to creating positive impacts, serving quality products, and delivering memorable experiences to every customer.
