Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages according to recipes including customization
Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
