Job Requirements

Job Duties

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes and customized customer requests
engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
prepare food and beverages including recipe changes such as temperature adjustments, ingredient quantities or substitutions
perform various tasks within the store to support daily operations
