Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions and request clarification when needed

- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

- Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Ensure store safety and security standards are upheld
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to create meaningful customer experiences
