Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including temperature, quantity, and ingredient substitutions
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security

- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments for temperature, quantity, or ingredient substitutions
- Perform various tasks within the store to support operations during each shift
