Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards regarding quality, cash handling, safety, and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers’ needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and food beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences

- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, including following cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during shifts
- Adapt to various tasks within the store as needed throughout each shift
- Comply with store policies and operating standards, ensuring consistent product quality and customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
