Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Engage with customers effectively through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes with customization
- Able to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workspace
- Adhere to store safety and security policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient store operation
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store procedures
