Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers by responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various store tasks during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Teamwork-oriented mindset
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
