Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality food and beverage products, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Basic food safety knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe adjustments such as temperature and ingredient quantity
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
- Build relationships with customers and team members fostering a friendly environment
- Support teamwork and contribute to a positive work culture
