- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient quantity
- Engage with and understand customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Comply with store operating policies and standards including quality control
- Foster positive relationships with customers and team members
