Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including recipe modifications
- Available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to company standards

- Follow recipes and customize beverage orders as requested
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
