Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for quality, safety, and cash handling with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers using clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Be able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly and understand instructions

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations

- Follow store operating policies and safety procedures including cash handling and security
- Prepare food and beverages accurately to meet quality standards
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
- Work collaboratively as part of the team to ensure excellent customer service
