- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- capable of meeting store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- able to engage with customers effectively
- able to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- willing to perform diverse tasks throughout the shift
