Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes including customized orders
- engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- maintain store operating policies and quality standards including cash handling and safety
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support team operations
- build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- ensure punctual attendance and reliable presence during scheduled shifts
- learn and accurately carry out oral and written instructions
