Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, quality control, and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs with clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customized requests
- Ability to perform multiple different tasks within the store during a shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform cash handling and store safety and security duties
- Follow store operating policies and standards for quality and service
- Adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Work cooperatively as part of the store team to complete multiple tasks throughout each shift
