Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
  • Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ensure cash handling, store safety, and security policies are followed
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Adhere to store operating policies and quality standards
