Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare customized food and beverages including recipe adjustments
- Able to perform various tasks throughout the store during each shift
- Ability to communicate clearly and request clarification when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers
- No prior experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers warmly and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security protocols
