Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications such as temperature or ingredient substitutions
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Crafting high-quality coffee beverages and food items to standard or customized recipes
- Engaging with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adhering to store operating policies and safety standards including cash handling and store security
- Performing a variety of tasks within the store during shifts including food preparation, cleaning, and inventory
- Building relationships with customers and team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
