Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including cash handling and safety standards
- Engage with customers to understand their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Operate the store in accordance with policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as assigned
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers and team members
