Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including recipe changes
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
