Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to store recipes or customer customization
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages following store standards
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Handle cash responsibly and follow store safety and security policies
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and team members
