Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customization including recipe modifications
- available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- prepare and serve quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customization

- handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- contribute to building relationships with customers and team members
- provide exceptional customer service fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere
