Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and quality
- Engage and understand customers through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ensure quality in beverage and food products and adhere to store operating policies and procedures
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift including cash handling, store safety, and security
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Work collaboratively as part of the team to create a welcoming environment
