Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including safety and cash handling
- ability to engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
- capable of preparing food and beverages to standard or customized specifications
- flexible to perform a variety of tasks during shifts
- no previous experience required

Job Duties
- greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- prepare coffee and other beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- handle cash transactions accurately
- support team members to ensure efficient store operations
- perform various tasks within the store as needed during shifts
