Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs with clear, pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Availability to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions with clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products following store recipes and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare customized food and beverages according to specifications including recipe changes
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies
